WHO I AM

Mom, friend, consultant, frustrated artist… I have 2 wonderful grown up kids and I do Consulting in Social Media and Web Design. I’m originally British but have lived in Costa Rica for over 30 years. I am a happy person, I love to laugh and be creative, photography is a passion such as traveling and being outdoors.

I am well traveled, one of the beauties of working online is the fact that you can get away as often as you can for as long as you want. My top favourite place is Colorado and I also have a special place in my heart for San Francisco, New York, Toronto, Philly and many other places. I’m very easy going and relaxed, I enjoy all the simple things in life, from people watching to just sitting with someone and having a really great conversation. I love the outdoors, from daily power walks to trekking, hiking, snowshoeing and even some climbing.

I’m self taught and therefore every day I force myself to learn something new. On my free time, I love the feeling of being able to do little things at home, spend time with my kids (when they’re not busy with their jobs & university), read, watch movies, people watch, walk, drive to the mountains or beaches and watch the sunset. I’m a very easy going person, I’ve had the highest highs and the lowest lows… I have learned that the best things in life are not things and that we must take pleasure in enjoying the most basic details of life.

My work is based on Consulting, both for Social Media and Web Design. I specialize in overseeing community managers, training, strategies, policies, brand monitoring and monthly reporting. Working from home has given me the time to focus on a few things in my life that I had neglected for years… certainly one of the best decisions I have made in a long time!
