SOCIAL MEDIA PROJECTS:

Some international Social Media Management and Consulting projects I have worked on are:

AstralRadio: My current work with Astral Radio covers 3 radio stations and other projects in the Vancouver B.C area. My services cover a wide variety of items, from community management, producing social media bulletins, monthly reports and monitoring, strategies, ideas, promos, etc.

CampingRoadTrip.com: I began consulting with CampingRoadTrip.com just a few months ago and it has been a wonderful fun project. Fan and follower building is still in process but it has been a great little project to work on as camping and RVing is such a great subject to share online and it has been growing very quickly.

101FreeTechBooks.com: I began working with 101FTB before it was even launched which has been a great advantage, I’ve seen it come alive & grow throughout the last year. My work with 101FTB wass based on Consulting, from Social Media strategies to web design & production. I also managed on a daily basis all the Social Media Accounts and Community Relations. I eventually trained the team and now they manage it internally with great success.

Hairspray Australia: This project was a great fun and wonderful challenge for me. I work in consulting with a production company in Australia who represents many theatre shows, their latest one being the Australian stage version of Hairspray. I currently asses their company in ideas and strategies for their Social media projects, the challenge has been managing the time difference and constant fan feedback!

Because of ‘Non-disclosure-agreements’ I’m not able to list all of the clients I currently work with. Some of the Social Media projects I have collaborated with are an Australian cosmetics company, a self help company in California, a large web development company in Spain, a well-known startup in Austin, Texas and a Web Design and Development Agency in Miami. I also specialize in education-related Social Media that incudes private K-12 schools and language institutes.

Some local (Costa Rica) Social Media projects that I have worked on are:

GentePlay: This was one of my first Social Media projects for a Costa Rican client, a retail company dedicated to electronics and technology. It was a challenge at first but has turned into one of the most popular Facebook Pages in the country.

WEB DESIGN & PRODUCTION PROJECTS:

The web design & production projects I have worked on in the past are way too many to post here, it’s been many years of working hand-in-hand with a wide variety of clients, many many types of projects! Here’s a few of my favourite ones!

Pinsource.com: This project was all about re-designing the website, it was a challenge as it was a highly ranked page and we needed to keep that intact… this is a US based company, design was worked in Costa Rica together with a development company in Russia, talk about a challenge!

101FreeTechBooks: I’ve collaborated on this project from the moment it was just an idea in the CEO’s mind… this March 2011 is the 1 year Anniversary of the website, it’s been a long couple of years of working on a great project with some amazing people, both in Costa Rica and United States.

BotellitaSalat.com: This is a project I’m especially proud of as it was an awarded project in Costa Rica. Botellita Salat was a Web/Facebook integration project we developed at TribuDDB for the “Pregonero de Bronce” awards in 2009 where we took the top prize in the Digital Category.

Voyparalau.com: This project in particular I remember because it took many months of convincing a local university about their need to create a community around their students and even better, around future university students. My involvement in this project was in the research, the creativity, strategy and proposals… it’s great to see it finally online and working!

TribuDDB.com: During my time at the Tribu Advertising Agency they made the big switch from Saatchi & Saatchi to the DDB Network, with this came the necessity to re-design the company website… it was launched a couple of months before my departure, it was a great collaboration between the digital office, creatives, copywriters, photographers, audiovisual department and pretty much everybody in the agency.

MiCredomatic.com: This project is another blood & sweat project that I worked on for many months during my time at TribuDDB. Credomatic is a local credit card company who had a great need to connect with their users in terms of financial education, feedback and services information. This website was recently launched, it was many months of endless meetings gathering information from every department of the company which was then followed by evangelization, quoting and finally production. The interesting part of this project is that it was tied to introducing Social Media to the Bank’s communication channels which was backed up with some workshops and the training of a Community Manager.
